RxSmile Frisco has been absolutely amazing for both my children and me! Every visit is a positive experience thanks to their friendly, responsive team—and Dr. Greenberg is truly exceptional. He takes the time to walk us through each step of the process with incredible patience and clarity. His ability to connect with young patients while also supporting and educating parents is a rare gift. What really sets Dr. Greenberg apart is his expertise. He explains treatment plans using real-world examples, making everything easy to understand and completely transparent. When I recently requested a detailed review of my kids’ proposed orthodontic plans, he personally called to go over every detail with care and precision. My kids actually look forward to their visits—no fear here, just excitement to see their favorite “teeth doctor”! I can’t recommend RxSmile, Dr. Greenberg, and his fantastic team highly enough. If you’re looking for top-notch orthodontic care in a warm, welcoming environment, this is the place to go!

Both boys are currently undergoing treatment. The staff is always super helpful. I appreciate that the visits are timely and they do their best to get us in and out without wasting anyone's time. We have seen both Dr Greenberg and Dr Ortiz. Both are patient and knowledgeable. Everyone we've see has been fantastic and we've had good experiences.

Dr. G and staff have been SO patient and kind with my worried 7yr old! From Mia at the consult (super calm and caring) to De’jah at the front (Puppy photos for the win!) and Tuscany in the assist chair (Always helps when the tech has braces too!) it’s always a great day to visit RXSmile. We were recommended by our dentist (Chitre-Stonebriar) and were told Dr. Greenberg was the BEST with children. I second that! Plus, no child can scream as loud as our CJ so they’ve already experienced the worst case scenario (haha) and handled with grace and compassion as we navigate spacers, expanders and phase 2 —braces! 🙂

Wonderful staff and treating clinicians! Dr. Greenberg is zero fluff and all business with care along the way. I needed an experienced evaluation for a young patient and saved my child from wasted time and the obvious discomfort that is always due. This route we should be treated exactly WHEN and HOW, wasting no time, adding no prolonged discomforts, and focusing finances to a precise treatment plan. Just one visit and you'll see it too, it makes sense - get to RXSmile!

If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, Dr. Greenberg at RxSmile in Frisco is the best! His work is outstanding and you will experience excellence from beginning to end. My experience with this practice began with Mira and she was so kind and explained everything in detail to me and made me feel at ease knowing I would be taken care of and what to expect. She already had my insurance information verified when we met which made everything go so smoothly and efficiently. Mira and the other staff I’ve interacted with made me feel welcomed and confident I made the right treatment choice.

This place is wonderful, they explain everything with visual aids which is easy to understand, the payment options are flexible, and Mira and the entire staff made my little ones feel very relaxed and confident in their braces/invisaligns. Glad we came here, highly recommend.

My experience with Gayla and Dr. Greenberg was beyond exceptional! Gayla was very helpful in coordinating our appointment and made me feel extremely comfortable. My daughter had her first consultation today with Dr Greenberg and it was the best experience at an orthodontist we have had. Gayla helped us through the whole appointment and procedures to take care of my daughter’s needs, concerns and questions. Dr Greenberg was very kind, informative and supportive in the care for my daughter that she will need soon and in the future. We look forward to seeing them again and again. I would recommend anyone going if they want the best orthodontic experience for their child or young adult.
