My whitening experience at this office was so easy. Dejah prepared me beforehand on what to expect during the whitening and was also very informative with the aftercare instructions. My results were exactly what I was looking for and experienced zero sensitivity reactions, which were a huge plus!

Liam’s orthodontist (RxSmile Frisco Orthodontics) has the client experience down! We arrived and Liam was greeted by a pretty girl (Mira) who took him on a personal tour of the whole office. She was so wonderful and made him feel at ease, introduced him to all the staff and showed him where potty/toothbrushes etc were. They asked on his pre-appointment paperwork what he was “into” so this sign greeted us with his name, Rubix cubes, soccer balls and basketballs. He got to touch and see all the teeth models which had various orthodontic materials on them and he found out he can turn in Halloween candy for money if he needs orthodontic work and can’t have sticky candy. I’m super into how companies strive to make the experience special and this one sure got it right! It didn’t hurt that a nice young employee told me my outfit was cute. Don’t wait to visit this office and Dr. Greenberg!

Both of my kids have been treated with Invisalign by Dr. G and now it's mom's turn. Mira got me all set up with a virtual assessment and initial in take appointment. It was easy and convenient. I was able to get all the initial photos, paperwork, questions and financial piece done in my home. Coming to the office for scans could not have been more pleasant. Mira explained each step as we went along and got my pick up date for the Invisalign trays scheduled on the spot.

We had consults for both of our children this week. Gayla was the best! As the new patient coordinator, she was so welcoming and thorough. She welcomed our questions and made the whole process, dare I say, enjoyable! Dr. Greenberg made both of our children feel so confident about their options. He is a gifted teacher, detailing how appliances work in a way that made sense to all of us. He is also very funny, which is often an intangible gift missing from some doctor’s offices. We loved him! Our kids can’t wait to get started!

Dr. Greenberg was my wife’s orthodontist, so we had no better recommendation than hers when it came to our kids. The staff knows us by name. That means alot because it feels like a personable place the moment you walk in. They treat my kids like they are friends, but also tell them how important it is to take care of their braces and teeth. De’jah and the front desk absolutely crush at making sure my schedule is taken care of and have helped many times rescheduling and working with us around school and other obstacles. Couldn’t ask for a better place to bring my family. Also Holly is amazing, she’s done a great job with both of my sons, next up is my daughter. And they have a fun instagram!

I’ve had four kids go here (thank you genetics) and have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Greenburg, his front office, the assistants who help treat the kids, and Mira who gave us the initial consultation. She was amazing! The first time kids hear about braces they are understandably nervous, but Mira made it such an enjoyable and funny time where the kids learned about what braces were, how they work, etc. It really makes you comfortable knowing your kids are safe and well cared for when every person you encounter truly tries to make it a light, easy, and dare I say, fun experience. Get a consultation here and judge for yourself. Highly recommend!

I was here for my son. Dr Greenberg explained what he did every step of the way. My son was a bit nervous before but felt so calm during the procedure. Dr and his team are so helpful and professional. They have amazing knowledge and experience. We trust him!
