Drs. Greenberg & Ortiz treat children, teens and adults for ALL their orthodontic needs. In addition, both doctors are “Airway-Aware Orthodontists” with specialized airway training and growth/development knowledge of the face and head. They are uniquely qualified to recognize and work in conjunction with SDB Physicians regarding pediatric obstructive sleep apnea issues. At RxSmile, we strive to educate and assist our patients in making informed decisions about all their oral health needs, while creating a warm, friendly and fun atmosphere.
Greg Greenberg, D.D.S.
Dr. Greenberg began practicing orthodontics in 1988 and has spent his entire career caring for two generations of families in the Frisco and North Dallas metropolitan areas. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Greater Dallas Association of Orthodontists and Southwest Association of Orthodontists, along with many other dental associations. He received his certificate in orthodontics from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Baylor College of Dentistry and his bachelor of science from Tulane University. He is a native of Dallas and married his college sweetheart, Lauri. They have two children, Rachel and Mitchell, plus two wonderful grandchildren! In his free time, he enjoys fishing, working out and spending time with his grandkids. Dr. Greenberg and his team have received numerous prestigious consumer and peer nominated awards for their excellent patient experience.
Jan Ortiz, D.M.D.
Dr. Jan Ortiz graduated in 2005 from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine. After finishing his dental degree at the top of his class, Dr. Ortiz obtained his Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, focusing on special needs and medically compromised patients. Later on, he received his specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics combined with a Doctorate in Sciences in Dentistry from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. During his entire dental training, Dr. Ortiz was involved in numerous research projects and publications regarding bone metabolism. These research projects have enabled him to have a better understanding of bone behavior and ultimately, tooth movement. Dr. Ortiz is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Boston University Alumni Association and the Southwest Association of Orthodontist. He is also a Board-certified orthodontist under the American Board of Orthodontists. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and watching sports.

I have been with Dr. Greenberg from his opening day in 1988! My main job is to oversee the day-to-day functions of the office. I always enjoy visiting with patients during their appointments and getting to know more about each individual. I have two wonderful adult children. In my spare time I enjoy thrift shopping, and spending time with my family and friends.

I was born and raised in Colorado and have worked in the orthodontic field since 2016. I am extremely excited to join the RxSmile team! I’ll be your best friend throughout your entire smile journey. I will help you to achieve the confident and beautiful smile you have always wanted. Outside of creating smiles, you can find me being a food influencer all around DFW (@rubys_foodies), cycling on a bike that goes nowhere, or spending time playing board games with my family.

My name is Malaika! I have been working in Orthodontics since 2020 and at RxSmile since August 2022. I LOVE THIS PLACE, IT’S SO AWESOME! Here at the office, you will either see me as the Observation Treatment Coordinator or as a Clinical Assistant putting on braces. I can’t wait to see all of your smiling faces! Outside of work, I own an online candle company called Gray House Boutique Café. I am always looking forward to have new customers, so feel free to ask for more information. On occasion, I sing with a few local bands. Come and check out a show, or join in when I’m singing and dancing to fun tunes in the office!

My name is De’jah and I’ve been in the dental field since August 2021 and have loved every second of it! I’m originally from Indiana, so I spend a lot of my time in the sun now that I am here in Texas. I am a huge risk taker and believe getting out of your comfort zone is the best way to find your true potential! If you can’t find me at work, you can find me reading by the pool, at church, at the gym, or spending time with friends. I look forward to meeting all of you and seeing your smiling faces. Howdy! My name is Jace and I’m happy to be working at RxSmile! I have a passion for putting the patient first and making sure all of their needs are met. I am new to the Dental scene, but have years of medical and patient experience. In my spare time I love playing with my dogs, going to comedy shows, and spending time with my family and friends. I love anything to do with Penguins, Pickles and Fur-Babies!

My name is Keearah, one of the Patient Relations Coordinators here at RxSmile. I’ve been in the dental field for a little over seven years now. I started out as a dental assistant before transitioning to the front desk. I truly love connecting with patients, helping them feel comfortable, and making sure every visit runs smoothly from start to finish. I was born and raised right here in Dallas, Texas, so southern hospitality is just part of who I am — and yes, I’m one of those rare people who actually loves the Texas heat! Outside the office, I’m checking out new local restaurants, planning my next travel adventure, or hanging out with my Miniature Goldendoodle, Chance. He definitely keeps me on my toes! There’s nothing better than being part of a team that spreads smiles everyday! I’m so grateful to be part of such an amazing team at RxSmile!

Originally from Tyler, TX, I am happily married to my wife and a proud father of twins—a boy and a girl. I love to collect unique hot wheels, enjoy grilling, going to the gym and Thursday night movies.
