Parents – ready to book your child’s consultation? Call (972) 335-1300 during business hours OR submit an appointment request online via our Weave portal. Once received, we’ll review patient & insurance information, then contact you to confirm your child/teen’s exact in-person consultation date and time. *For children/teens under 18 who are not currently a patient of record. We need at least 24 business hours advance notice to verify paperwork and appointment.
Adults – start the consultation process from the comfort of your home! Our virtual new patient consultation through our SmileSnap app is recommended for busy adults with work and family commitments. It’s super easy! Just answer a few questions about your smile goals, submit contact and insurance information and snap a few photos. One of our doctors will review the information and get back to you with next steps.
Existing patients – need to schedule your next appointment? Want to request an additional service like teeth whitening or retainers? Call (972) 335-1300 during business hours OR submit an appointment request using the Request Service Contact Form below. *For existing patients of record.
