Mira was so helpful navigating our insurance! She sent us a video the day before explaining what to expect and what to fill out before we came in, and made a welcome sign for our son when he came for a consult. Our older son has been a patient for over a year and we love this practice and staff so much! Dr Greenberg is hilarious and so good w the kids.

We love RxSmile! We’re always greeted with a smile from De’jah when we walk in. She’s always so kind and welcoming! My oldest daughter just finished her treatment and loves her nice, straight smile. My middle child is a current patient and everything is going as planned. Dr. Greenberg and the entire RxSmile staff is the best!

If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, Dr. Greenberg at RxSmile in Frisco is the best! His work is outstanding and you will experience excellence from beginning to end. My experience with this practice began with Mira and she was so kind and explained everything in detail to me and made me feel at ease knowing I would be taken care of and what to expect. She already had my insurance information verified when we met which made everything go so smoothly and efficiently. Mira and the other staff I’ve interacted with made me feel welcomed and confident I made the right treatment choice.

Malaika was very personable the minute she greeted us in the waiting room. She went through all the development milestones, and even remembered that my husband, whom was not here today, had several questions about Lincoln's molars. Excellent service, staff is all very friendly. I would recommend RX Smile to everyone.

Dr Greenberg and his staff are awesome! My son and daughter are treated so well and receives the best care when we are there. The visits are quick and easy and we love every technician we see - Malayka, Tuscany, Holly and all the others! We are greeted with a smile and are seen within minutes of arrival. The office is clean and welcoming and friendly. Seriously the best ortho doctor and team!

I am so pleased to have a plan on a tricky tooth that just wouldn't move for me. Dr. Ortiz was able to notice my top tooth was hitting my bottom tooth which resulted in me needing to wear rubber bands. This attention to detail will help me move forward in my treatment plan and towards the look that I want for my smile.
