We always love coming to see Dr. Greenberg! The staff is so helpful and friendly and they make the entire experience seamless! Tuscany is amazing - we love coming to see her! She's so helpful and clearly communicates what's needed and next steps. Highly recommend RxSmile if you're looking for an orthodontist|!

From the moment we walked into the office, we felt truly welcomed. Mira, our treatment coordinator, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She spoke directly to my daughter, which immediately put her at ease and made her feel comfortable and valued. Dr. Ortiz was refreshingly conservative in his approach, and as a parent, I appreciated that so much. He focused on what my daughter truly needed, not just the fastest way to begin treatment. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood his recommendations. We left feeling confident and at peace with the plan Dr. Ortiz recommended, and we truly cannot wait to return. Thank you, Dr. Ortiz and Mira, for such a wonderful experience!

RxSmile is a great orthodontist in the Frisco area. We’ve never been unhappy with the service provided. Jace is amazing and helped us with scheduling an appointment. They take their scheduling very seriously and are very accommodating. Highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Greenberg was very informative and educated. His direction was clear and he is a very personable orthodontist who listens to patients and provides excellent care. Mrs. Mira Ruby was also very sweet and kind during the appointment. She helped facilitate a caring and open discussion where my best interests were in mind. I am glad to have come here.

I took my son to RXSmile Orthodontics, and we were blown away by the warm welcome from Mira! The staff was super friendly, and the office was so clean and fun! Dr. Ortiz took the time to explain everything to both of us, and my son felt totally at ease during the procedure. We're loving his new smile already! Highly recommend RXSmile!

We came in for my daughter's consultation and from start to finish the office far exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff greeted us with a warm welcome and smile. Our treatment coordinator, Malaika was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my daughter's questions with excitement and wisdom. Dr. Ortiz was thorough in explaining my daughter's x-rays, images and scans with a clear treatment plan. We are confident in this practice and are looking forward to our journey with RX Smiles.

Malaika and Dr Greenberg were amazing!! I've never had anything done to my teeth before, so I wanted to start Invisalign. They explained the process to me with efficiency and brought such great vibes! Seriously, all the staff is so kind.
