I went in today for a teeth whitening treatment and had the best experience! I loved the atmosphere they have created. Everyone I interacted with from the moment I walked in to my way out the door was very welcoming. Keearah at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. I was a bit nervous and she eased my nerves and answered all my questions. The woman who did my whitening treatment was very attentive and checked up on me multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. I will definetely be back and I recommend Rx Smiles to anyone looking for a new orthodontist!

I first came here when I was a pimply middle schooler in 2018, with a profound overbite (you could quite literally fit the entire tip of your thumb in between my jaws) and the usual crooked teeth the good lord gives all goblin children. During the next three years, I felt the most at ease anyone could feel during the process! Even when factoring in the large man with pointy metal sticks poking at your mouth. Greenberg and all the staff, both assistants and reception alike, have always provided an atmosphere of friendliness and support while still remaining professional and knowledgeable, providing as many detailed answers about the process as asked. It’s clear that they genuinely find enjoyment in their work, and enjoy seeing people become confident and healthier as they progress in their oral development. They have several different orthodontic options to choose from to best suit your needs, and they’ve always been incredibly forthcoming in their communication. Now, I hadn’t been back in quite some time since my braces had finished, but when my retainer broke I knew it was best to get a replacement or fix ASAP. Even coming back almost six years later (with great apprehension)— everyone was still just as friendly and competent as I remembered! I simply can’t imagine going to a different practice unless forced. Highly recommend.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at an orthodontist before! The staff (especially Tuscany and Malaika) are super sweet and knowledgeable, and the process with them was quick and easy. Highly recommend!! 😊

I've had a great experience here. Originally brought my daughter in for braces and thought about getting invisiline for myself. I sat down with Mira and we had a full on discussion about my concerns and did all the scans. The process is super simple. Mira breaks down everything in a way that is easy to understand. I'm getting my first set of aligners this month and couldn't be happier. Mira is amazing and you can tell she loves her job. I cant tell you how refreshing it is to work with a medical professional that is actually happy to be there and open to answering all of your questions with a smile. I highly recommend anyone who needs ortho work to stop by and give them a chance.

Dr. Greenberg and Ortiz and their entire team of are absolutely phenomenal! I just finished braces after 13 months and I’m honestly blown away by how perfect my smile looks now. From the very first consultation, everyone made me feel so comfortable and confident in the process The office runs like clockwork—appointments start on time De'jah (staff member) remembered when my son was a patient and was genuinely friendly and personable. She went above and beyond by remembering our favorite snacks and sending both of us a birthday treat! My teeth are straighter, my bite feels perfect, and I get compliments on my smile almost every day now. Couldn’t be happier with the results and the experience. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who combines top-tier skill, cutting-edge technology, and real care for their patients, this is the practice. 10/10, highly recommend!

I just want to say how amazing my experience has been from before I even hit the door. Mira is incredible. She was my coordinator and answered all my questions and was personable and caring even before I became an official patient. Super funny and easy to talk to. Dr Greenberg is the GOAT. Kind and charismatic and really knows what hes doing. I couldnt have chose a better a practice to go with. Tuscany is such a vibe ! So sweet and was explaining everything as we went. She put my brackets on and was so confident and knowledgeable. I was so comfortable and they all made this nerve racking experience incredibly fun and easy. The office staff is all smiles. You can tell theyre like a big little family and they made me feel a part of it..

From the moment we walked into the office, we felt truly welcomed. Mira, our treatment coordinator, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She spoke directly to my daughter, which immediately put her at ease and made her feel comfortable and valued. Dr. Ortiz was refreshingly conservative in his approach, and as a parent, I appreciated that so much. He focused on what my daughter truly needed, not just the fastest way to begin treatment. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood his recommendations. We left feeling confident and at peace with the plan Dr. Ortiz recommended, and we truly cannot wait to return. Thank you, Dr. Ortiz and Mira, for such a wonderful experience!
