I had such an amazing experience at my orthodontist consultation today. I met with Mura & Dr. Greenberg and from the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. You can tell this team truly knows what they’re doing — they were professional, knowledgeable, and made everything feel so easy and reassuring. It’s rare to find an office that combines expertise with such genuine kindness, and this place absolutely does. So thankful I found them and actually excited for this journey!

Choosing an orthodontist is a huge decision, but I can honestly say that after six years and a move that tripled my commute, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a team that prioritizes integrity over sales, this is the place. We originally chose RXSmiles because we lived 10 minutes away. Even though they are the official orthodontists for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, we quickly realized they treat every patient like a VIP. Five years ago, we moved 35 minutes away, and I still happily make the drive because the level of care is simply unmatched. I have two sons with very different needs, and the doctors have been incredibly supportive of our family's specific journey. My oldest finished Phase 1 with fantastic results. While he could do Phase 2 for cosmetic touch-ups, he isn't the best at wearing a retainer yet. I appreciate so much that the doctors and Mira never pressure me into Phase 2 just for the sake of it—they respect my practical approach to teenage compliance. My youngest has been monitored for an impacted tooth since he was a toddler. They timed his referral to oral surgery perfectly, which was even confirmed by a second opinion from our regular dentist. The absolute highlight of our visits is Mira. About six months ago, I walked in feeling incredibly anxious, bracing myself for a high-pressure pitch to put braces on both boys at once. I was already rehearsing my "no" in my head to save my wallet! Mira completely changed the energy of the room. Instead of a pushy sales pitch, she sat down and explained that since my younger son’s impacted tooth was finally cleared, a simple retainer could hold the space for a few years and prevent major issues later. It didn’t feel like I was being told "do this or else." It was more like, "Here are the benefits if you're able; if not, here is what that path looks like." I was so relieved by her transparency and the lack of scare tactics that I handed over my card immediately. Mira has a gift for making patients and parents feel comfortable, heard, and respected. If you want an orthodontist that values long-term health and honest communication, go see this team (Dr. Greenberg and Dr. Ortiz are both great) and ask for Mira!

You never know what to expect when heading back to the orthodontist at 30 years old but any and all concerns were addressed at RxSmile! Mira created the most welcoming space and did a fantastic job of educating me on all the options available to me. Dr. Greenburg did a thorough consultation and answered every single question I had. Excited to have found a place that already feels like family.
