I can’t say enough great things about RX Smile! From the moment I reached out, the entire experience was smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. The online consultation was incredibly easy to complete, and Mira, the treatment coordinator, was so kind and accommodating. She was able to get me in earlier than expected, made sure everything stayed on schedule, and genuinely made me feel cared for. I’m absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr. Greenberg completely changed that for me. He was warm, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and the appointment was one of the most informative dental visits I’ve ever had. Their technology and equipment are also incredibly advanced, which gave me even more confidence that I was receiving the highest level of care. Everyone at RX Smile was so complimentary, friendly, and professional. They created an environment that immediately put me at ease, and I actually left feeling excited about moving forward with my treatment instead of anxious. It was truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I HIGHLY recommend RX Smile to anyone—especially if you’re nervous about going to the dentist.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Greenberg, Mira and the rest of the staff at RxSmile. I was referred to Dr. Greenberg by my dentist. Dr. Greenberg was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and explained all my issues in detail. His recommendation not to have braces in my case was such a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Dr. Greenberg and RxSmile to anyone.

We had a great experience at RXSmile! The treatment options were the right fit for our son, and the pricing was very reasonable. Mira made the entire visit enjoyable with her fun, positive energy and friendly personality. We were also impressed that the orthodontist personally called before our consultation to see if we had any questions. That level of care really stood out. I had a wonderful experience at RxSmile Orthodontics in Frisco! My treatment coordinator, Malaika Gray, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire consultation. I came in with a more complex case, including a rotated tooth and a gummy smile, and I never felt rushed. They carefully explained my treatment options and what to expect, which gave me a lot of confidence. The biggest surprise was the pricing, it was much more affordable than I expected for a complex adult case. I highly recommend RxSmile Orthodontics to anyone looking for an experienced, caring team!
