We’ve been bringing our 13-year-old son here for years, and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Greenberg and his staff are so thoughtful and always take the time to thoroughly explain the best action plan and details on progress. They use the latest technology which is pretty cool! The entire staff is always so friendly and welcoming—it really feels like they know us each time we walk in. They’ve made what could be a stressful experience into something positive, and we’re grateful for the excellent care our son continues to receive. Katie was super thorough and helpful today and even came in over a holiday weekend for an emergency situation! Highly recommend RX Smiles!

When you spend years looking for the right orthodontist and believe there isn't one, you get referred to RxSmile Frisco Orthodontics. Then you realize your prayers have been answered as our daughter has had dental challenges for years. From the moment we met Mira, Treatment Specialist at RxSmile, she never wavered that we would provide Logan with the best smile. Every visit, x-ray, and consultation was always a step closer to braces which was always when, not if. Dr. Ortiz had a treatment plan in mind from the beginning which he very patiently explained step by step. Very transparent and easy to absorb amd remember. The financing could not have been simpler and surprisingly affordable! Then the day for braces is here! And we are rewarded with Katie, our ortho assistant. An absolute gem of a human and excellent at her craft. Meeting Dr. Greenberg was a delight . To a person, the whole office treated us, but most importantly Logan, their patient, with such care and dignity which the world doesn't always choose to do with someone who has Down syndrome. Each and everyone one of you can be certain that you have given a young lady the gift of a chance at a smile that will match her inner beauty. And the certainty that she is valued. Our family loves RX Smile! All four of my children have been patients and it’s the best experience. The office staff is great as well, including Mira who always knows my kids by name and takes special care and notice of each of them!

The staff and doctors are AMAZING! They can relate to all ages of kiddos and have great personalities. They do not push for treatment until it’s actually necessary. I will always recommend!

Absolutely loved coming here and seeing all the girls!! Especially Tuscany, Deja, and Holly. They made me feel so comfortable and had me laughing the whole time. I'm going to miss them so much. Made my smile perfect and would recommend this place 100 times over!
