Absolutely loved coming here and seeing all the girls!! Especially Tuscany, Deja, and Holly. They made me feel so comfortable and had me laughing the whole time. I'm going to miss them so much. Made my smile perfect and would recommend this place 100 times over!

This place is not your typical dental office—it is truly extraordinary. Both Dr. Greg Greenberg and Dr. Jan Ortiz are amazing doctors, and the level of care they provide really stands out. I especially want to thank Holly for taking such wonderful care of my son. She was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. Even though we were coming back for the same issue, she welcomed us warmly and made us feel completely comfortable rather than making us feel like an inconvenience. Her patience and compassion with my son meant so much to us. It is rare to find a dental office where you feel this genuinely cared for. We are extremely grateful to the entire team, and especially to Holly, Mira, Dr. Greenberg, and Dr. Ortiz. Highly recommend them!

Her professionalism and experience made this first time whitening treatment such a pleasant experience with clear expectations and better than expected results. My experience so far with RXSmile has been incredible! I first contacted RXSmile back in 2025 and was still on the fence about going through with the braces. I was contacted by Mira after sending in my photos for the virtual consultation. I was emailed a short video from Dr. Ortiz and he gave a brief overview of what he would suggest for treatment and an estimate of how long the treatment could be. I then had a scheduled call with Mira where she spent a whopping 30-40 minutes on the phone with me answering ALL the questions I had. She was happy to answer any question I had and felt like she genuinely cared about making me as comfortable with everything as possible. At the time, I wasn’t quite ready to pull the trigger. Fast forward to a few months ago when I finally psyched myself up to getting braces, I messaged Mira and she quickly gave me a response that was just as kind and caring as my first interaction with her. She continued to answer my questions, even if she had maybe already answered them before, and was really able to calm my nerves about getting the braces. I tend to have heightened anxiety regarding dental work and this is the first time I feel like I’m having a genuinely positive experience around my teeth. Mira equipped me with all the knowledge I could possibly ask for and is seriously one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I’m so excited to continue working with the whole team for the rest of my treatment!!!

My daughter has had an amazing experience at RxSmile. Mira was excellent at our initial consultation. She walked us through everything from x-rays, braces, future retainers and insurance coverage. I’m so impressed by RxSmile that I’ve setup a consultation for myself to correct some minor issues. Update: I just had my consultation with Malaika and Dr Greenberg. Again, like with my daughter, it was a great experience. We went over options to correct some minor shift in my teeth over the years and I’ve decided on Invisalign. I’m super excited to start this process with RxSmile!
