Dr. Ortiz and the team at Rx Smiles were absolutely wonderful. Getting my son started with braces felt overwhelming at first, but they made the entire process incredibly easy. Dr. Ortiz took the time to clearly explain everything, from the treatment plan to expected outcomes and time frames, which gave us so much confidence moving forward. Mira was also amazing. She was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable that I honestly thought she was AI at first! She made sure we understood every step and answered all of our questions with so much patience. Because of how comfortable and confident they made us feel, we didn’t even feel the need to get a second opinion. We knew we were in the right place. I’m so grateful for their care and highly recommend Rx Smiles to anyone considering orthodontic treatment for their kids.

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience at Rx smile Frisco Orthadontist! From the very first consultation, they have been welcoming, professional, and kind. A special shout out to Mira who has walked us through the entire journey. She is simply amazing. She’s gentle and patient and made sure we understood our options. My son came back from his x-rays and actually said “that was fun.” Who says x-rays are fun? It is a rare to find a team that genuinely cares for kids this much. They have a great compassionate team here. Highly recommend.

This is what excellent service from Mira and Dr. Greenberg will make you do 😊 I felt so comfortable choosing this orthodontic office after reading other people’s reviews, and I’m happy to now share my experience as well. I want to personally thank Mira and Dr. Greenberg for such a wonderful meeting. From day one, this entire process has been exceptional. Their patience and expertise are evident, and they genuinely know what they’re doing. I especially appreciate how considerate they are about their clients’ finances. Meeting in person made the experience even better. Mira made everything feel warm and welcoming, and Dr. Greenberg did the same when he joined the consultation. On my drive home, I found myself smiling and even laughing as I replayed our conversations 😄 The concerns I came in with have been completely addressed, and I’m grateful for the expert advice from Dr. Greenberg and Mira. We love RxSmile! De’jah was so amazing today! The office was running a little behind and we had to be out of there by a specific time so I could get to a work meeting, and she went above and beyond to make sure that they had all hands on deck to get us out on time! I cannot thank the team enough - they are all so friendly and helpful and even more importantly, my daughter is about tod get her braces off and her smile looks beautiful!

I had a great experience with my 1st visit. Malaika was amazing! She was prompt, professional and very detailed with informing me of my options and treatment plan. Malaika was also very kind. It would be great to have an ortho-hygienist onsite as well, as it would be convenient and a bonus to work with the same staff. I am looking forward to completing my treatment here! ☺️

I went in today for a teeth whitening treatment and had the best experience! I loved the atmosphere they have created. Everyone I interacted with from the moment I walked in to my way out the door was very welcoming. Keearah at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. I was a bit nervous and she eased my nerves and answered all my questions. The woman who did my whitening treatment was very attentive and checked up on me multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. I will definetely be back and I recommend Rx Smiles to anyone looking for a new orthodontist!
