I was so impressed with Dr. Greenberg and his facility. From the call directly from him the night before welcoming us to the practice to the friendly greeting and prompt service when arrived, I was already feeling confident we were in the right place for my son. The facility is fun, clean, bright and very welcoming to kids. In the pre-questionnaire they asked about things that my son was in to so that they could talk to him about his interests when we came in which went a long way to making him feel comfortable. There is nothing medicinal feeling about this place! My son felt it was more like an arcade than an orthodontist office. Gayla was exceptional in making us feel comfortable and taking care of my son while he got his x-rays. The state of the art 3D rendering that they took of my son was perfect for me to visualize what he needs and for them to thoroughly explain the plan of care. I am a nurse and I see a lot of fancy “tools” that facilities use just to make an impression. This is not the case with RxSmile Frisco Orthodontics. This 3D tool was incredibly helpful in diagnosis and planning and as an added bonus I got to see his sinuses and Eustachian tube which is a huge help with a kiddo that struggles with chronic allergies. They were honest with the plan and what he really needed. No upselling and Dr. Greenberg is excellent with kids. I could tell they cared about my son and what his needs are. We will not be going anywhere else and will be relying on them for all of my son’s dental needs and will be listening to their recommendations 100%. I just can’t say enough good things about this practice.
